Product Description
Screen Printing is a relatively inexpensive process of applying ink onto flat materials through a special silk mesh screen, and then the ink is dried using specialist drying machines.
It is a multiple stage process, involving the processing of your artworks, logos or designs, creating a screen ofr each colour, mixing the inks to specific pantone colours (if special colours are required), setting up the machines with your screens ready for printing, applying the inks to the product and curing the ink for long term quality and durable finish.
We can use screen printing when printing onto any coloured binder or document boxes. Also we can print your companies details onto our range of punched and unpunched pockets. Both are an effective and cost friendly way to pass on your details to customers.
Perfect for large quantity runs to promote your brand and business.
There are no set up fees and no minimum order (but very expensive on small quantities)
Great economy of scale; the more you print, the cheaper the price
Prices can start from as low as 15p per print for orders in excess of 10000 prints, but price also depends on the size and colours of the printed designs.
Screen printng requires a logo or text of solid colours. No shading is possible
Each colour is printed and allowed to dry before applying a further colour so multiple colours will add considerably to the cost of printing.
Screen prining works best for up to about 3 or 4 colours, After that iit can it can get expensive.
