Donside Pockets is a trade supplier of stationery products. We make no apologies for our postage rate. Many of our trade customers require fast delivery and place regular orders of value over £200 thus making the charge of £10 seem very reasonable. We think it is better to have a standard postage rate to enable customers to order single binders or small quantities of pockets for evaluation prior to ordering in bulk rather than force customers into reaching a minimum order value of £30. We do not make a profit out of our carriage charges.

Although we aim to despatch within 1 working day, orders for binders may take a day longer as these are made to order and take time to manuafacture. If your order is time critical please get in touch. We try to accomodate last minute orders where possible.

We have a cut off time of 2.30pm for getting orders on a carrier or into the postage system. Orders received after this time will be despatched on the next working day.
